Welcome to BEvolution, LLC – providing counseling and life coaching for women in and around Edina, MN.

As a therapist/counselor and life coach, I'm in the field of mental health and wellness. Most people are familiar with the terms counseling and therapy – but those terms don’t fully describe how I work with my clients.

“Counseling” and “therapy” denote problems, pathology, diagnoses and other things to be removed or fixed. While some of my clients may have symptoms of things like depression, anxiety or relationship issues, more often they're in transition, in some tough circumstances, or realizing that old ways of thinking and acting no longer serve them.

I specialize in working with women who:

• Grew up in “dysfunctional” or alcoholic families
• Are feeling lost or stuck in a rut, funk, job, or relationship
• Are single or wanting healthy relationships
• Are in a quarter-life, mid-life, or other milestone crisis
• Want to break a habit or addiction
• Have codependent behavior or relationships
• Have been called perfectionists and/or control freaks
